Idiots in the work place
Why is a part of town considered good or bad based SOLEY on the color of its residents? Oh my God, I am so sick of racist people. This lady I work with JUST said to me, "It used to be a good part of town, but now it's bad because "you know who" took over."
Unbelievable. Then she made a reference to them "scattering like cockroaches when the police showed up." (she was in a car accident and it was HER fault, but she's pissed because she rear ended two black people).
It makes me so incredibly sad that people are still judged on the color of their skin and nothing else. There are good and bad people in all races. How can a person possibly be so close minded, and so stupid?!?!
I hope my niece never has to endure this bullshit, though sadly I'm sure she will.

I am constantly amazed.
I have a friend who is half Asian, born and raised in the US, who once offered quarters to a guy she saw struggling to get a dollar bill into a vending machine.
He looked at her and sneered, "Is that AMERICAN money?"
